Did any of you get to watch Dr. OZ yesterday as he highly recommended TT for the physical fitness aspect but more importantly for the prevention of Alzheimer s.
This was an independent study finding.
The reaction time and the analytical aspect needed in a rally keeps the brain working very hard and keeps the person young and flexible.

Good to promote TT, I guess,  but kinda unsatisfying due to not really showing the actual physical and mental demands of the sport...

Yes I'm very aware of this. Also I'm one of the earliest people, if not the earliest, who spoke up nationwide about how table tennis greatly improved my Parkinson's Disease and even reversed one of my symptoms permanently. Feel free to Google me (bionic table tennis).
