"Funny how trivial things are blown up on this forum to create reputations of bad sportsmanship, arrogance, etc."

Dont get me wrong, i like Zhang Jike's style and technique, great player, but its disrespectful to Chuan. Havnt seen him play that well for awhile.

It should only count the games between three of them for win/loss ratio: (It just happens same outcome though)
Zhang JK: 6/4
Chuang CY: 5/6

So much for the theory that ZJK lost intentionally in order to avoid Wang Hao... In fact he won the group AND avoided Wang Hao.

I was referring to JimT's speculation earlier in his thread. Bottom line is that he couldn't know whether or not he would end up in Wang Hao's half or not because the draw was done after the group stage, so dumping wouldn't make sense in any case.

LOLLOL Some people think everything is a conspiracy. I remember when Schlager beat Wang Liqin at the 2003 Worlds....then Joo beat Ma Lin.....the Schlager beat Kong Lingui....I had to come to a realization....the Chinese are the best by far but definitely not invincible. If those 3 players can lose at a major tournament to a non-Chinese, then who the hell is Zhang Jike?
who no know go know
