...well not so much but do this daily and you'll get some exercise for your whole body, don't forget to stretch before and after...start with 15miin days....doing it at the same time daily increase time/reps if your feel like it Tongue  you can't go wrong doing this daily to keep some fitness in your lifeWink

I've been doing this for a while: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6etLKswjq8 (every other day at best though) and thought it would be great if someone made a similar HIIT workout specifically for table tennis. A little accompanying video with messages about how each exercise benefits specific aspects of your ping pong game would be neat.

I actually started to do Powerball exercises for about a month and noticed some serious differences in my pronation/supination power. In general I felt that my game has a lot more spin compared to pre Powerball....

I also really like how they make my forearms a lot more defined ;)
