I'm a die-hard Timo Boll fan.  When he dropped out of the Worlds a few weeks ago, I stopped watching matches.  And over the last few months, his play has look pretty poor (by his standards), losing a lot of league matches.  Sometimes, however, you still see some real magic. Just out this new match:

Watch the point from 0:28 to 0:48.  The end of that rally is something that would make Waldner proud.

There is another point, just as good, that doesn't go for TB, but still amazing.  Check out 8:28 to 8:58.  Also, note  in that rally that at the moment TB loses, he's attempting a right handed loop.

I think when he retires I'll just stop watching pro matches.  The rest of them just aren't any fun. (Actually, I still like Samsonov, but how long can he last?)

I am big fan of Timo Boll and Samsonov too.
Before your link, I've seen only the famous behind the back shot from this match. But the whole match is amazing!!! Definitely worth your time. Also camera angle is better then what we see usually.

And spectacular point at 8:58 is not the only time when Timo tries hand switch...
