Wanted to see what members here use to maintain mental concentration and precise tracking of the ball throughout long sessions. I personally find it really difficult, especially after a long day at work...

There´s no magic, the more tired you get, less precise you become.
Only way is to get overall more fit.

Take more time between points or rallies if you are training. Let your brain and your eyes unfocus for a couple of seconds. It's not going to happen throughout, not after working all day.
