Hi there, I have seen some players who locked their wrist when executing forehand topspin.
I only lock my wrist when I execute a feint or hooked shot. Appreciate very much your feedback on this. Thank you.

when we start learning then we should take more attention to legs body back and arm.
When we are good in it we can play around with our wrist movement to get more control or power.
