Hi all, I am Tony Ma and you may know me from the USATT 2000 in 2 Years video on YouTube, but I'm posting here today to tell you guys about a mobile app I created. I am studying computer science in college so I decided to use my skills and work on a project relating to something I was passionate about, table tennis! The result is a "USATT Rating Calculator" app which word for word implements the USA Table Tennis rating system explanation on their website. It is currently both on the Android Google Play Store and iOS App Store AND now I have also created a website for it https://usattratingcalculator.com/" rel="nofollow - https://usattratingcalculator.com/ . I think it turned out pretty good but there's always room for improvement so I'd love to hear your guys' feedback so don't be afraid to tell me what I could improve for future updates!

Nice. I like it better because you can use it at league level. I don't think the current USATT league processing does an adjusted processing (like yours). Then again adjusted processing may not be good for leagues because at weekly league level a player may enjoy earning the biggest rating jump on a given evening. There is no rule the ratings & tournament ratings should be almost identical. It is not just a strictly mathematical decision but more of a promotional decision at the league level.
Therefore this is more suitable at tournament level if say someone wants to run an unsanctioned tournament and it would make it easier if you can at least also create a group processing for a round robin event. Your current method is still useful for single or double elimination Is it possible to get the source code & an EXE file ? Thanks M.D. |

Be careful...I'm told the software has a backdoor in frankfurt where they can take your points and give them to someone else. ------------- Wavestone St with Illumina 1.9r, defender1.7b Please let me know if I can be of assistance. |
