what is the difference between 1 wing looperand 2 wing looper??? is there any video available of the variation??? Thanks, Vivek |

1 wing loopers use or favor their forehand. Ex. Ryu Seung Minh, Wang Liqin, most chinese players
2 wing loopers use both forehand and backhand. Ex. Timo Boll, Werner Schalger, Kalinikos Kreanga, Wang Hao, most Euro players |

well.. i wouldn't say wang liqin is 1 wing looper...

Not a pure 1 wing looper. I wouldn't consider him a 2 wing looper either. He uses his back hand to open up points and usually finishes points with his FH. It's rare to see him do a BH loop away from the table. |

Wang Liqin's backhand is no where near as strong as his forehand. In fact, as of late Ma Lin has a better backhand than Wang Liqin.
