That's as far from Finals as it can be.

Here is the men singles final (Kai Zhang vs. Jishan Liang). Both are ~2650 USATT.

Women's final match of Lily Zhang vs Yue Wu is just before that. 

Even in the link posted, which I finally looked at, if you go 30 minutes in you see Kai Zhang and Adar Alguetti, so the question is really about how hard you try to put what you are looking for in context before making rude statements about it.
