Most of the photo are from the 2010 winter training camp for Chi National Team.
However, some are from previous years as Zhang Yining was there.

They can't let Korea show them up, everyone has to do their part in China! Even being a national hero doesnt get you out of it there unlike Korea!

There is NO compulsory army service required in China, I believe.

They are there just because the Officer in-charge of the National Team believe that by doing so, the team members are more discipline and having stronger team sprite.

Believe this or not, I think boy teams of Japan, German and Korea should do this, as they are close enough to challenge China.

Also girl teams of Singapore, Korea, Japan and HK should do the same.
