Hmm..currently using Sriver FX now.Thought of maybe Tagora or Tenero is a good replacement and might even perform better?Their weights are about the same right? As long as its not a heavy rubber will do.Thanks everyone!

I think Tenero should be similar to FX, Tangora is more EL in my opinion. Perhaps FX/EL is a little bit faster...

And they are not heavy, thats right...

I think there are not many rubbers, which are as great as glued Sriver (FX/EL)...
As for the durability, I think Sriver lasts quite a long time, and its also a question of how you take care of your rubbers...

What do you feel the real difference is between Tagora and Tenero? This discription makes Tagora sound better

From the site:
Coppa Tagora combines all the outstanding playing features of the World Championship rubber Coppa and Coppa Tenero. Tagora has about the same speed as Coppa and the same control as Tenero. The secret is a totally new invention of a highly elastic soft sponge from Japan. Despite the extreme softness it delivers an unbelievable catapult effect. The top sheet is designed for maximum grip and spin elasticity. The result, dynamic topspin, powerful shots, aggressive blocks and plenty of touch for short flips. Passive and soft blocks and even balls with under-spin can be easily controlled.

Tagora: Speed: 90            Tenero: Speed: 86
        Spin: 90                     Spin: 92
        Control: 84                  Control: 84

Wow that description seems to give Tagora the best of both worlds!

Irresistable!

Thanks!

Still its the actual feeling during play that counts.

Anymore experiences from those who have used these rubbers esp Sriver FX and Tagora/Tenero are warmly welcome!

Oh and I'm planning this for my backhand by the way..

Hence it should be quite light, which is one of the reasons why I liked Sriver FX.

Its a great rubber but it still lacks something.

Hope Tagora or Tenero can perform better.

I'm most probably going with Tagora.

Tagora is very light, most likely lighter than sriver.

As long as its weight is around Sriver FX/EL will do.

mmm i dunno about durability of sriver, i used to think it lasts a long time, but it depends what you define by "lasts"

after 3 weeks mine doesn't feel anything like it did when it was brand new, but at the same time it's still playable i guess... though nowhere near as good.

Yeah Sriver always has this problem. It just seems to wear off just when I have gotten the hang/kick out of it.

I find Joola Mambo Max, a more than better replacement for sriver fx, sh*t is sooo freaking loud and spinny, feel like you cant miss I think its better in every catagory except topsheet is not as durable

Well it feels good with the 40mm ball too.Just lacking the killer punch.Hence I'm looking much forward to other rubbers.
