My prediction:

ZJK over Xu
ML pass Fan.

ZJK, stands last.

ZJK is such a player, who thrives from adversary. Since ZJK lost to Dima in the WTTC, he needs to reprove himself that should be enough motivation for him.

However, Ma Long also has the motivation to confirm what many people believe that had Ma been in the grand events finals ZJK won, ZJK would not be a grand slam winner. Since Ma has been hot after the great performance in WTTC, Ma wants to keep his stake high.

Can Ma beat a motivated Zhang?

Interesting to see. Should be a great match!

Who is the commentator there at the ITTF stream?... the one who does commentary for the ZJK Tang Peng match LOL? After about two sets he noticed that Tang Peng uses short pips on one side of his racket... surprise, surprise...

I will be surprised if Ding Ning has any difficulty with Wu Yang in the women's semi's.

I would be surprised if she didn't.  Wu Yang needs badly to regain her standing on the CNT.

Are wu yang bh chops really high or is it just perspective?
I suppose she contacts the ball earlier so her chops fly higher; when people contact later to bh chop the balls will fly very horizontal and will barely clear the net, looking more lethal but are they?

that 6th game was so intense; xx's playing like a true leader now; the way he earned his 2nd match point showed a clear will not to go to the 7th.

wow ma long lets the match go to 7 games...

ma long was down 3-9 it was 7-9 and fzd stopped the bleeding; TO. then 9-9; ml assumed his rank and leading position in the cnt coming back and scoring 6 points in a row...for nothing. fzd wins the 6th game 11-9...3-3.

ml under pressure; can he REALLY assume his leadership?

Exactly.  At the teams tournament in the USA last year, Hao Shuai when practicing had to tell his practice partners what was on the serve when serving.  People should not think that those serves are the same.

I honestly don't ever remember Ma Long passive blocking that much and that well in any match.  Something must have changed about one or both of the two players...

Let me explain the thing NextLevel.
What happened here is that Ma Long destroyed Xu Xin.
Swept him you know.
The only player who crushes xu xin this way is Ma Long.
