Well not many reviews on Neo yet so iono

CJ8000 is a decent BH rubber for a very good price, lacks a bit in speed if you are used to Jap/euro rubbers.

Never tried Hadou

BW2 is a good chinese rubber but it is more grippy(sponge) than tacky(topsheet stick) and needs to be re-tuned once and a while.

I would wait for some more reviews on Neo because if it is as good as i hope it is than it will fit your style perfectly. I dont know which one exactly but yeah.

There are many reviews on most of those rubber just use the search button.

Palio rubbers are worth the try.  They are durable and very consistent as well.  Like DeathAngle said, I'd also wait for more review on Neo rubbers before buying them.

Beijing 2 is good too.
Maybe you should have a try on the normal version of DHS hurricane 3, you may love the extreme tacky feeling.

You should get DHS G666. Its a good rubber for backhand. On the forehand i have hurricane 3. These two work really well together.

You might need to explaint more for your playing style and then they can help you of which rubbers or blade will fit well for you. Other wise it like you want to buy a loto ticket and let some one pick your number...
