Right, lemme explain it slowly:

On the left hand side you can read in my profile my current location (Germany). Germany is not China. I'm German, not chinese. Here in Germany most people speak German and not chinese. Our Internet pages are also usually in German, not chinese. At school we usually do not learn chinese. Hence the reason why  some visitors here (like me) have surely diffculties to read these sites.
This is what I wanted to point when I said that the chinese that many folks here speak is "rusty" (it's after all an english speaking forum). It's like a proverb.

obviously people from a non-chinese speaking background would not be able to understand chinese at all so you cant say that they are "rusty", it would be more like they cant understand. you could of just asked for the people who can read chinese to help you understand and translate.

2. Those are just website related to table tennis created by chinese people
3. If you cannot read, then sorry I cannot help you

see the double arrow at the bottom of the video description clik the words to the right. then at the bottom right of the page that loads up there are 3 options. they are different matches. choose whichever one u want a clik on it to dl. the videos are RMVB format
