Easily removable handle?

I am wondering why there is no easily removed handle TT blades have been made. It is not hard. Just make several screw sets on the handle and then you can remove the handle and place it in other blades. I am not sure whether this will make the blade cheaper though. But I am surprised that no manufactures have even tried to do that.

Soulspin did, but just for their handle test sets.
Actually, these sets are meant to allow users to test different handle shapes by freely selecting the two halves from among several different shapes. The combinations are just too many, so they made test sets with snap fits (or the like). Not sure how solid the assembled blade feels.

I never tried, but I think that, in order to fully trasmit vibrations to the player's hand, the handle has to be glued to the rest of the blade. Screws alone would not be as effective.

Yes I am sure this is true, plus I can't really see the point of a portable handle.
