Hi everyone,

Just sharing my latest article - this time it's about exploting the wide forehand of your opponent - a simple but effective tactic based on placement, not power. You can find the article at

Cheers,

This move is pretty effective against power players.  sometimes i get tricked by that shot too, so don't expect an easy point from that placement shot.

I played 2100 players this weekend, and they did the exact thing to me. But I didn't know how they were doing it. I was being a little over aggressive on return of serve though. So the way to stop this shot is to play softer?

you just have to move my friend. the faster you get to your wide forehand, the more chances you are going to be able to return the next shot. they will most likely return it to your bh if you loop it directly to their forehand, so you have to expect that coming too. my best way to return those wide forehands is to return it wide to their forehand or down towards their bh. i hope this helps. (Don't expect any easy work to earn points.)
