Is perhaps meant for a better grip? Or for a better Bh. and Fh. attitude?

According to my opinion, it is connected with the playing style of each person which will be different between one person and another. If during play someone finds out that his stroke is hindered by the shape of the handle, then he should modify it to overcome the problem.
