Hello.
I've been using yinhe neptune for years and it's starting to feel slow and hard to play with. Blade is palio chop 1, diode v clone.
Should I get something like c&f 3, or just replace the sponge with a 1mm German or Japanese sponge? |

Is this the same sheet of neptune for years? If so just replace with a new sheet. Rubber ages, even long pips!

IMO it is better to use chopping pips. Neptune is one of them. C&F AFAIK is not. Tibhar Grass DTecs is king of pips. Pricy but durable.
