I'm looking for opinions on some Donic blades. There are very limited reviews on those due to probably being not as popular as others. Pricing is quite attactive here in Turkey. Any users of the following?

  1. Crisan Titanium
  2. Waldner Black Devil
  3. Smirnov Ultra Carbon
  4. Baum Carrera Senso
  5. Dima Speedster
Thanks in advance..

the crisan titanium and waldner black devil are not made in sweden, think they are made in china so they dont have the same good quality as the other donic blades.

the smirnov ultra carbon is extremely fast, its going to change name to
Dima Ultra Carbon now. made in sweden and really nice power blade

the baum carrera is also made in sweden and its 7ply wood blade.
in construction very similar to YASAKA Max Wood. Also very fast, nearly same as Dima Ultra Carbon.

The dima speedster has the darker outer plies (walnut wood) like Yasaka Allround 40, but since its very hard its also fast. many chinese like these swedish hard walnut blades. so its much slower than the other two but still an off blade. dima himself playes with Donic Waldner Carbon. like J-O.

The handles actually feel quite nice. I've only hit a couple of hits with one of them, but I really liked the feel the handle had.

Great info Kennie. Does Smirnov use Ultra Carbon? I heard that he may be using clipper with Donic handle.
