how does the 729-2 Sensor play?  Pushes? Serves?  Loops?  Blocking?

Smooth, almost the same as a Cream MRS but with a lower throw.

Pushes and serves are excellent like all 729's. Looping is ok, but the lower throw annoys me a little. Blocking is touchy, the sponge tops out unpredictably which means its hard to block consistently.

not upto what it claims in description.. but good

looping:

semi tacky topsheet loops well close to table... away from table nothing special without glue. but one of the sr. forum members really liked it on loops.

pushing

okay but slightly bouncy nothing special

blocking

i found it pretty good ... given that wooden blades don't block as good as carbon.. still i could consistantly block heavy loops.

serves:

nope. i am used to nice takcy chinese rubbers.. and didn't like the serves that much.

Hi Debraj,
I was curious how do you compare SP Transcend vs. Torrent-tackiness,hardness, consitency in blocking, loops. How about the weight?. So far SP stays on the top of my 729 list....

I wish you could test those rubbers with Clipper or Energy. I've never seen any Instinct+ custom in my life.
