I play with my Sriver EL for almost a year (average 4-5 hours a week). I had a major break recently (around 2 months) and now have problems with lifting heavy backspin and creating topspin in general. The problem is I can`t figure out the main reason - is it me not creating enough acceleration with my hand when performing a loop or is it my rubber losing its tackiness? Could you please give me an advice how to judge the tackiness?

I remember one funny method - brushing your hair with a paddle. The more your hair hurts, the tackier your rubber is. But my haircut is too short to feel the pain )))

sriver el is not a tacky rubber even when new although it does have a mild reaction to spinmax,if you`ve played frequently for a year with it maybe its lost some of it`s grippyness try cleaning it,cleaning with water helps,if you`ve rubbed it o n your hair maybe their`s some grease on there
