I think ALL+ is becoming too slow for me (and my opponents))) so it should be OFF- or OFF (but not OFF+!). Second, I want it to be suited for c-pen play as I`m planning to develop RPB at least for service returns. So the short handle would be nice. And the major problem - compatibility with rubbers. I`m planning to play with Mark V on forehand and Sriver EL on backhand, so the question is: should I think only about Yasaka or BTY blades? Any advice, please?

Yasaka should be good, but I find their new blades to be too flimsy. You might want to look at ways to increase the weight of the blade to make it better suited to blocking.

For all wood you should consider Violin C-pen, and for carbon blade there is Butterfly Schlager Carbon X-CS. Or if you want the same reversible J-pen like what you are using now, Violin R-H or Violin P-H.

Thanks for your advice. I just looked through the "Your blade picture" topic and I feel I need a blade with handle as short as Donic Waldner Senso Carbon or Yasaka Champion have.
BTW, what about Yasaka Champion? Is it very fast or not? |

Or you can buy custom-made blade from Borko, Visse or Ulmo_German.

Finally I`m thinking about Stiga Clipper WRB. I like the handle, and the blade is available in a local TT shop. Any thoughts, opinions, reviews on this blade?

Hi Fraser, sorry I don't have any experience on e-bay. However what I mean by custom-blade is a blade specifically made for you and not for anybody else, so if you buy on e-bay or if you buy second hand, the chance is that blade would not be suitable for you. When I ordered my Borko, I filled in the questionnaire on how I play, what is the preferred weight etc. Based on the data given, the blade was made.
