Use acetone and if that doesn't work (very unlikely), use lacquer thinner.

sand paper!!!! just sand it off carefully so as not to damage the wood

I agree with the laquer thinnier idea. I have used that to clean up premades that I ripped the rubber off of several times. It takes a lot of elbow grease (i.e., lots of hard rubbing), but it works eventually, and doesn't harm the blade.

I think turps would do the trick, and you can get this from the supermarket. Just don't breath in to much...

Tested H2O2 and it did removed some very hard to remove glue on blade surface.

well i think you should just rub it. although it does sound like it's prettty hard. i didn't no that you can use thinner on the blade. carbon usually reacts with carbon sulphate. is dipper cardon? |

its already hardened, you cant rub it off and his blade isnt carbon
