Just seeking for inputs on which is spinnier and has better feel for flat drive strokes, the new Donic F1 or the Joola Energy Green Power (not the extra)?

Thanks in advance! Smile

Donic F series is solid :)  Been through 3 sheets of F1 since Jan 06, loved every hit with it.  Though I am probably switching to Chinese FH w/ booster sometime soon.

Both are similar regarding the performance.
Both are very good for flat drives.
Given that the F1 is very fragile , I prefer Joola Energy Green Power.

Thanks again for the comments, ProfessorChaos and Stavros! Smile

@Stavros,

Is there a significant difference in the sponge hardness of F1 and Energy? I've gotten quite accustomed to the somewhat "hard" feel of F1, having used it for a month now.

Lastly, do they have the same throw?

F1 is rated 45 by donic while EGP is given for 42.5 by joola. These are very subjective figures considering that f1 topsheet is softer than EGP's. I found EGP a tad faster than F1, still very controllable thow, excellent rubber, less fragile, but at the end, I went back to my dear F1 which gives me much better feeling and touch !
