Yes, I'll place Tenergy in this category. One exception is that it isn't sticky, but borderline tacky/really grippy.

this is a rarely used combination, but is sounds like a perfect match to what you're looking for. globe 999t over an MRS sponge. Tacky topsheet over a 43-45* sponge. Its good for smashing, loop driving and of course service. The black topsheet looks great with the red sponge also.

yes venus is good, better to stretch as you roll it on,will be good on defII,controllable chop, good for loop, insensitive to spin to some degree,38degree is best version thicker sponge 2.2 plays better than 1.9

higher transcend is way tackier than sp transcend. And we're talking red higher vs black sp here

Butterfly Tackifire C

Or a cheaper alternative, LKT Pro XT Silver Dragon (though not as good as Tackifire C, but it is value for money).

I agree with seasterl and peter 79, it's yet to come. Tenergy 05 will be the fastest tacky rubber within a month.

Faster ESN is quite fast for chinese make, and is powerful enough for consistent mid-distance looping.  Topsheet is not so tacky though if that is what you're looking for.  Probably the best all out off the table rubber by Friendship.  ESN version is the best of the Faster series.
