Isn't that like the slogan of Palio or something? it's not such a strange thing to put on the package in that case..

The 802 also has a horrible yellow package that says RITC 802 or something..

Don't judge a book (or a rubber in this case) by its cover...

One can't truly appreciate the quality of packaging until one reads the description on the back of friendship's 804 anti package. Seeing google translator's attempts to explain antispin is pretty funny. In general, the backs of the packages are worse than the fronts.

And yeah, the palio acronym is pretty cheesy, but I guess it's one of those things that get lost in the translation. Kind of like when Chevy tried to sell the Nova in Mexico.

Chevy Nova i gather didn't sell well, as it was something derogatory towards men.

You're right Cole, what i was thinking of was the Pinto

When General Motors introduced the Chevy Nova in South America, it was apparently unaware that "no va" means "it won't go."

After the company figured out why it wasn't selling any cars, it renamed the car in its Spanish markets to the Caribe.

Ford had a similar problem in Brazil when the Pinto flopped.

The company found out that Pinto was Brazilian slang for "tiny male parts".

Ford pried all the nameplates off and substituted Corcel, which means horse.

Hahahaha I always laugh when I see the palio slogan - love is the ONLY option, and its eternal.  But I have to say, having tried cj8000 topsheet I have nothing but love, its good stuff.

You just didn't do the right thing with it. It's not for TT, it's for spanking I guess.

Funny ! I think Mazda did that (or was it another japanese car company ?) years ago in France. Model was named MR2 which is said like "Merde" in french (Merde means "sh*t") No need to say they sold none...After few attempts they renamed it MX5.LOL

Come on, Cole.  I have the 804 anti right in front of me, and it isnt half bad for a Chinese translation.  I can at least understand what they are talking about.  On the other hand....

I can't take credit for finding this one (a friend sent it to me):

XiYing Pips-In Rubber/Sponge: Super attack
Escpecial fit in with the players that use attack and defence, strong ability of control the ball, far table or arc has mighty dint, and can makes longer arc,fit arc ball or arc and attack user.

Cole

You're right, I didn't use Domination the right way.

It would be fine for a close to the table blocker/hitter on the backhand, but I didn't rate it on the forehand. It was okay close to the table using a chinese loop, but was unsuitable for mid distance looping and that's more my natural game.

Spintech Jade, which was on the other side of the blade; out performed it on both forehand and backhand. Jade is a much better rubber in my opinion on the Michael Maze.
