I sometimes play with a tacky FH and non tacky BH, both chinese makes. My current setup uses the same, very mild tacky friendship rubber for FH and BH and I would like to experiment with some Euro/Jap rubbers for a little more speed than my current Higher I Transcend. I am looking at the Neos/Neos Sound, Carbo/Carbo Sound, and Almana/Almana sound lines from Stiga. Which line would make a good transition and get me a little more speed. This setup will be used on a 7 ply Hinoki blade and if it doesn't seem faster than Higher I, then will be moved to carbon blade. My comfort zone is up to 4 ft off the table and I am more concerned about effectiveness on looping push/chop and service than being able to counter. No Glue, No tuner - Thanks so much!

Neos and Neos Sound are meant to be used with glue.
