I want some information on the ٍSite : WWW.iruiru.Com 1 - Is site content?? 2 - Why prices cheaper than the prices in the company ((such as ButterFly)) Like Amultart or IShlion .. 3 - Is there a probability that the package is lost? What action, if this happens? Thank you for all Note : I wanna Send it to Isreal (( sry i mean PalesTine .. LOL )) |

Iruiru is a great website, very easy to deal with. Any place has cheaper priced then butterfly's flagship websites, they have great deals, though its a lot of $$$ for shipping, but its ok. I have never had them lose a package, and the probability of it being lost is quite low, though I don't know what happens, and they ship to every where.

Iruiru is a great to deal with and the prices are low. I have ordered from them many times and my items are always received 4 days after the shipping information is transmitted to me. My latest order should arrive today! more tenergy and one Yasaka Pryde. |

Great site and great service. If you don't have an order, it will be hard to just ask for information but if you do, they respond very promptly.

I can't see their Yasaka Pryde on their English site. And I seem to have problem accessing their Jpn site. How many Yen are they selling their Yasaka Pryde for? And if possible, could you let me know the weight of the Pryde uncut? And oh, what thickness is your Pryde?
For the original poster, I have bought 3 times so far from iruiru and so far, all packages arrived in 4 days. Very fast and efficient.
Cheers.

Thanks, metalone. It would be most appreciated if you could give me the weight as I am looking for a rubber that is lighter in weight compared to the Tenergy. Having 2 Tenergy on both sides of my blades make it quite heavy. I read good review of Pryde so am hoping it would be much lighter than Tenergy. And the 2.0mm is exactly what I am after.
And thanks for the info on megaspin. I think that is where I will buy mine if the weight suits.
Cheers.

The Tenergy is quite heavy, but it is a very good rubber. My current order from Iruiru is for Tenergy with 1.7mm sponge. I want to see the difference in the amount of spin, compared to the max that I am currently using. You also might want to look at the new Donic Platinum, it is overall a good rubber, I can't generate as much spin as the Tenergy, but close and it is a little lighter - didn't get actual weight.
Forgot to add, I am trying the thinner sponge because of the weight.

I put a piece of Tenergy 2.1mm on FH and 1.9mm on BH. After I cut both pieces, I was horrified to find both pieces come up at 50g, same weight even though different thickness! That is why I am now looking to get some lighter BH rubber. I love the Tenergy though as it is so nice to play with. And I just love the 'whack' sound it makes whenever I give the ball a slap
The Donic Platinum and Andro Roxon are also in my list of consideration. I was also considering the Dawei Inspirit Quattro but learned that it is quite a heavy rubber as well. Otherwise, it is nice and cheap.
Cheers.

The 1.7mm that I tried, didn't seem like it was .4mm thinner than the 2.1 that I was currently using. I looked at the sponges and they looked much closer and that is why I ordered the 1.7 instead of the 1.9.

Yup. While you are at it, you might as well give me the weight of the 1.7mm when you got your rubbers. Hopefully there is a big enough difference in weight.
Cheers.

Lastweek, I made a complained to iruiru that the Kokutaku laser carbon that i received had a linear gap in the middle of its handle but I can still managed using it though..
after the next day, I felt sorry for them and asked them to forget about , its a minor problem after all
What aeoliah said at the other thread was true after all, iruiru must have a lot of headaches with the foreign buyers complains because they replied my mail with a " Thank you for your letter to ease our mind" etc etc

Finally got my new rubbers, nobody was home to sign for them, so had to wait and go to the post office. BTW, see weight of uncut rubbers below:
Tenergy - 1.7mm black, 64 grams
Pryde - 2.0mm red, 61 grams

Your welcome.
I measured the actual thickness of each rubber with calipers and the Tenergy was 3.3mm and Pryde 3.75mm. There is a bigger difference than what I thought. When I pull off my current 1.7 Tenergy, I am going to measure its thickness as well, to see if there are manufacturing differences.

metalone, can you please clarify? Are you comparing the Tenergy 2.1mm against the Pryde 2.0mm or the Tenergy 1.7mm against the Pryde? Anyway, based on the thickness of the Pryde, I think I might actually go for the 1.8mm as this would certainly gives less weight plus higher thickness than what a 1.7mm Tenergy would give.
Cheers.

I was comparing the Tenergy 1.7mm to the Pryde 2.0mm. My current setup has 1.7 and 2.1 Tenergy, but I was going to replace both of them with new 1.7 Tenergy, but since I opened the Pryde, I think I will put it on and try it out. I hit the table on a BH loop and put a nice large cut on the 1.7, so it needed to be replaced as well.

OK, that makes sense. Sorry about your 1.7 mishap there. At least you now know hitting the table with the Tenergy is a big no no I am now just toggling between the 1.8mm or 2.0mm Pryde for my BH.
Cheers.
