My japanese is not that good but I'll try.  I think it says Made in Japan and Kawatsuki. The rubber would come in MAX or 0.8 through 2.1 thickness..

Basically it is the hard sponge version of Sriver. The top sheet is the same. This hard sponge is cut from the most outer portion of the sponge batch that has received the most heat during manufacturing process, and thus becomes much harder when finished. It�s kind of like the outer crust of bread according to the literature. Anyway, this hard sponge allows Sriver Kawatsuki to generate more power & spin, while being heavier when compared to regular Sriver(when used with regular glue).

It comes in red and black, that certain pic says MAX sponge, and speed 10, spin 8.
