Hi Guys,
Anyone ordered items from Dandoy-sport before? I have ordered some items from them and I have got a tracking number on USPS, it seems be in Status: Inbound International Arrival Your item arrived in the United States at ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 3:13 PM on September 4, 2008. forever. Anyone experienced buyers here? Is it stuck in US custom or what ? It suppose to arrive within 10 business days for US destination. |

order it now, and you will be LUCKY to get it by Christmas. I hate that site, ill never order from there again, even if they put tenergy on sale for 10 bucks.

i agree with lixiao and many others - iruiru is a great dealer. dandoy is questionable at best.

I have once try to place a order on Dandoy's Web.
I sent Dandoy a E-mail to ask one question about the T5.4 blade around a year ago. There never been an answer. |

It seems that you have the problem with US custom. As I know, if the package is declared as gift, there is no custom. It seems that Dandoy has made the mistake when declaring the value.

Hi,
I'm pretty new to this forum..... I placed an order with Dandoy on 21st and on 24th it was dispatched... Now how do i track the order ( whether it's been shipped or not ). I have not been provided with any tracking number.... I only have the order number with me.... Can anyone help me with this ? |

The tracking number is useless. I just received my item but online tracking still says still it's in NY ISC..etc.

I had no problems for years with them until I made my biggest order
there was no reply for months
no goods no emails no nothing
after a million unreturned emails for info they finally replied and said they thought they sent it but must of sent to the wrong adress
why the hell they couldnt have said something 1 month earlier?
Why did I have to go to the post office everyday and check that the post in australia was at fault!
I was super angry. So I havent bought anything from them for a very long time. I am just testing the orders this week with a very small order because they still are the cheapest for me.

Can anyone tell me how do I get the tracking number ? Dandoy mailed me when my order was shipped but they din't provide me any tracking number..... Mailed them a couple of times but no reply yet.... i got a tournament next weekend and i badly need my new bat :-(

Well if Dandoy is not giving you the tracking number, I don't think you can get it from anyone else. I guess your only option is keep trying to email or phone Dandoy. Maybe even trying to leave some feedback or comments regarding your situation on the review for a few of of their popular items to get their attention.

Okk.... I now have the tracking number after calling up Dandoy a couple of times.... but i still dunno how to track it :-(
Dandoy asked me to check with my local postoffice but I don't think I can keep doing that daily and also if it is really a feasible solution or not.....
So is there any other way I can use the tracking number ? Btw I'm from India and I've checked the Indian Post Office site and I don't find any links where I can check inbound international posts( outbound to few countries from India is possible )

I don't want generalize it, otherwise I probably will get flamed by Dandoy fans and satisfied customers badly  I only can give you my personal experience with Dandoy and please take it with a grain of salt. I asked for a tracking number in my last purchase and I never got one. US postal service here told me that they would not be able to track for me even I have a tracking number. It is the originating postal service / shipping service should provide the tracking information/updates.

dandoy isn't tht bad after all..... despite their bad customer service, i got my order in 9 business days...... if they can improve in responding to mails and providing accurate status about our orders, the i thnk it's worth buying here......for information, i placed my order on 21st night and it was shipped on 23rd and it reached me on 3rd Oct....

I agree with Catchyblues. Dandoy sometimes does a great job. I ordered some butterfly rubber sheets on sale on Sept. 21 and they were shipped on 23rd. To my surprise, I got them this Monday (Sept. 29th).
Like many others, I was upset with Dondoy earlier this year because it had not answered my email concerning the weight of Stiga Hybrid Wood blade (75 g on Dandoy's website).
