I'm curious with Stiga's fastest blade. Which is better? Does the WRB feels Head Heavy? The difference between WRB n Non WRB is about 10 gr.
What is the average weight of those blades if it's in ST handle?
Thanks for any info and feed back guys

these 2 are most probably as heavy n fast as that beast, Bty SC. The Specs. table by Stiga is misleading. For example, I once had a Clipper OS WRB ST, on paper it should be as heavy as hell but that one was like 83 fabulous grams.

Never used Titanium and Clipper, Can't compare these two. 5.4 is a looper's blade. Comparing with YE, it has more killing strength. If you ever used Yasaka extra and found it hard to get points even your looping consistency is not a issue, then Titanium 5.4 may be your good choice.

Titanium is a little faster than Titanium 5.4 due to the heavier weight. Even Stiga claimed Titanium as their fastest blade, I would say the speed be a little less than Primorac Carbon. Comparing Titanium with Clipper, Titanium is faster with harder feel, but has less dwell time. Titanium would be well fit for far away from the table. Blocking and smashing with Titanium is great. |

You should ask forum member sammai (a buddy from Seattle). He does not post a lot but still is an stiga blades specialist, having bought 20+ in the last 6 years I know him.

Is fit for looping? I'm a looper, seldom smash.
Which is more suitable for looping Titanium or Titanium 5.4?
Which is better Titanium or Titanium WRB?
Titanium's weight is above 100 gr.
Does Titanium WRB feel head heavy while the Non WRB doesn't?

After seeing the detail picture of Titanium Wood at www.tak9.com, I've found that Titanium Wood has the same construction Donic Crisan Titanium. Only the head size of Crisan Titanium is more compact and of course with Donic Handle. |

The Stiga Titanium is a loooot faster than the Titanium 5.4.. The Titanium 5.4 has a hard wooden feeling, and the Titanium has a hard carbon feeling to it..
The Titanium is horrible for looping.. Heavy, extremely stiff and extremely fast. I think it has to be the fastest blade out there (I have tried the SC, and it has a lot better feeling, and isn't that fast)
The Titanium 5.4 is better for looping, but it's still a blocking/smashing type of blade. Hard outer plies which at least I don't like when looping with a blade.. Would probably work a lot better for penhold though!

Thanks Moderators for your review and comment. I think I would stick to all wood blade. Hybrid wood is good, it's quite fast and has good control.

The WRB version is not head heavy, and it feels like wood and has a lot of dwell time for looping. As for the comparison to SC, SC is faster and feel harder. About the same thickness and FEELS like the same weight (even though SC is lighter) because Titanium has a smaller handle and surface.

Peter, why not take all the doubt out of the question, go for the very best in blades, ...... Prasidha Titanium, ......... you won't regret it, I have Bryce speed on the F/H and Tackifire C II on the B/H, a friend of mine has the Bryce speed FX on the B/H, his B/H loops are unbeatable..........

nope i beg to disagree, i sell these blades and i have used several of them and yes they are head heavy if they are in wrb version. the weight transfers to the head due to the hollow handle and if you use a chinese rubber on one side with a euro/jap rubber you will know what im talking about.. ALL WRB blades tend to be head heavy due to the shifting of the weight though they have their ups and downs |

Holda, have you tried H-king before? Believe me, this blade rocks
I thought it's an ordinary slow blades which use Wang Li Qin as an advertising purpose. With right rubbers this blades provides a very good feeling and speed.
I've found the right rubber for H-king, it's light and powerfull. total setup 172 gr.
I can do anything with this setup. My FH loop has a low arc compared to Pryde and it's very spinny. Pryde is faster but it has high arc which is easily been counter loopedc/smashed by my opponent, pryde is also not so good to control.
My Bh is also improved in looping since roxon on H-king has a good dwell time. This set up also improve my short game, I can make a chance to attack first.
