Hahaha! Ma Long looked like a scared little kid amongst all the confetti, baloons and fire.

Also, in Mazes game vs Boll R-16, at 1-4 (2-2 in games) he goes "Han er s heldig, den lille lort! ... altid!"   which translates to "He's so lucky, that little sh*t, always!", LOL

That certainly isn't too nice but Michael and Timo know each other very very well so I guess he can get away with such a comment...

Thanks for the translation ;)

If you watch the final match you can see that Ma Long turns his bat when smashing to Ma Lin. Do you think is a blade affair (a blade not simetric that is better turning for smashing) or a rubber affair?

Rubber. Softer rubbers are better for smashing.

I actually really enjoy watching Guo Yue. She's got a very fluent style, great legwork. Very classic chinese style.

yes because chinese rubbers are often sticky - and it slow down your speed of smash... but if i know - this is Off Topic xD...

This is typical for the Chinese men because it is difficult to smash with the hard Chinese style rubber they use on the fh.

So no one has Joo Se Hyuk vs Wang Liqin match? this is one of the not so many times when Joo beat one of the top Chinese players... and then he lost to him at Qatar Open... again.

Now you can. Igor (Rubtsov) filmed it himself and then gave the video to the Russian forum. I have uploaded it.
