Received extra 10% off on their Butterfly World Class BTY SCS-2000 Racket as a replaced to the 1000 that was discontinued. Pretty easy-going staff on the live chat! She told me the will have other paddles on sale for this month. Remember to chat with them on the live chat if you are really wanting to order something.

Well, I can't read Japanese characters either. I suppose that's the reason why there is USA flag in the upper right corner of the page. You should recognize it, shouldn't you? ;-) Then you can contact them through the web-form or e-mail. In my case they were very responsive.

The shipping charge kills the deal! If it is free over some amount of order like tabletennis11.com, it will be hot and cool.

Yes both of my orders went through.  The first one was for 30 sheets, and the second order was for 40 sheets.  I'm not going to let them talk me down to cancel my orders again.  If it truly is not good, I expect a phone call from them tomorrow Confused

Seriously though, guys, how the hell did this happen? Is there a glitch in the system, or do they randomly do crazy stuff like this when no one is looking?
