Hi guys,

Following blades are for sale:

Butterfly Viscaria Flared, 87g!!!, perfect condition except for one edge hit (see picture).  This is the rare and sought after old version without serial number and with the metal butterfly. And...it's one of the really rare Viscarias under 92-94+ grams!!  Snap it up while it's still there.

$95.00

Next, Timo Boll Spirit Flared, 87 grams!!! Brand new condition, only played with for a short time, no flaws, dings or hits. An older model, not available anymore, with serial number and metal butterfly under handle. Again, it's extremely rare to find a TBS under 90 grams! This blade is like a twin to my Viscaria above, plays very similarly.

$70.00

Next, Schlager Carbon Straight, 94-95 grams. This is a really old one, probably one of the first of the series.  No serial number but has metal butterfly under the handle. It's in extremely good condition with just one ding (see picture).  Despite the weight it's very well balanced.

$65.00

Next, Darker 7P-2A.7T Flared, 85 grams, brand new, only tested a few times, 7-ply all Hinoki, only available directly from Japan. These blades are hand-made. This is something for people looking for light, very fast blades, but with good touch.

$70.00

http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u308/joeplant/002-1.jpg

Next, Oh Sang Eun Anatomic, 89 grams, brand new, only bounced off some balls off of it.  This is a 5 ply blade is similar to the Korbel but with no vibrations (but I *like* vibrations). Very nice touch and feedback. Made in Japan, has serial number and silver butterfly emblem. The anatomic handle is discontinued and very rare.

$40.00

http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u308/joeplant/019.jpg

http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u308/joeplant/020.jpg

Next, Butterfly Korbel Anatomic, brand  new! 80 grams!! Only tested once! It's really hard to find any Korbels under 90 grams!! This is a very fast blade without any vibrations at all.  This one is made in Hungary (see black butterfly emblem under handle) in Butterfly's Hungary factory. It's only available from Europe directly. The japanese made ones usually have lots of vibrations and feel less solid. This is a great blade with very nice touch, speed and feel, perfect for people who like fast all-wood blades without any vibrations.

I very lightly sealed the blade with sanding sealer, which dissolved the color of the writing on the blade surface and smeared it to the other parts of the blade surface. There is nothing wrong with the blade surface, just a cosmetic issue. Again, brand new!

$42.00

Next, another Butterfly Korbel, Anatomic, brand new, same as the one above but 87 grams.

$42.00

Ok, that's it. Get them while they're here!  I will ship promptly via Priority Mail (arrives in 2-3 days).  Shipping will be $5.00 for one blade and $2.00 for each additional blade if you buy several. If you buy three blades, shipping is free!! Let me know if you want the original box or not. I know some people really like boxes here.  Except for the Viscaria they all have their original boxes! I still have the original box for the TBS, too, although I did not take any pictures of the TBS on its box. I accept PayPal payments only. Please contact me via PM if you are interested.

Nobody so far, obviously most people here don't realize what a rare blade this particular Viscaria is. I'm sure someone knowledgeable will come along eventually. I'm in no rush.

Kalinikos: I really don't want to trade as I am trying to get rid of blades I am not playing with, not accumulate other blades for every one I get rid off. Wink  The only trade I would consider is a japanese made butterfly korbel with an anatomic or straight handle weighing around 84-86 grams.

And no, I don't have an Iolite.

Viscaria of that weight class is uncommon. Even w/90+g, it's not as heavy as some ppl 'thought" n actually it's quite a 'Balanced' blade as I was told once by a UK high rated player playing here @ my club.

his blades are all good but the prices are extremely high so no one sends inquiries. I hope he needs to reconsider to lower price. NO matter if they're old models or not or rare or not, the touch is still mostly the same as new blades. THese blades are used status anyway.

Two reasons....I don't like flared handles (I found out over time) and it's too fast for me. I like off- type blades at most on the slower side of off. The Darker is at least as fast as a TBS or Viscaria if not slightly faster. It has a good touch though, and if it weren't for the flared handle I might have tried to get used to the speed.

if I were to choose 1 outta those FS there...i'd pick that Darker 7p-2a-7t.

Why?
- Very nice wrkmanship blade.
- lotta power n yet IMHO, controllable if u pick the right rbrs combo...
- it's weight is just abt right..
- Nicer than that Septear 7 ply Hinoki eventho' the later is cheaper...
- price is just abt right n could be a tad cheaper...
- Not necessarily the BEST of all Darker blades but imho, somewhere there in the n'hood w/ the Nittaku Ludeack/Power/Pro. Edn. (Trio) but surprisingly cheaper...
- Lastly but not least, just feel like BUMPing for TopSpinner as he has a strange real name n also he's my rare Anatomic-handled-blades-fellow fanatic/diehard....
-TS is not an attention-seeker n that's why he/she deserved to be "BUMPed".

Other than a PM? The listing is a year and a half old. I'd hope they got sold by now...there's no email or any alternative contact method given...and he hasn't posted in 5 months.
