I'm looking for 7 ply wood blade for Hurricane (FH) and short pimple (BH). Which is this blade is better for this. I need blade with more control and not very fast. Thanks.

I would definitely vote for Septear. It's a beautiful blade and it has got a unique feel. The control is excellent. Go for it....!!
Blade : Michael Maze ALC
F/H : Andro Hexer 2.1
B/H : Haifu Shark II Soft Max

I would go for the ludeack. I've played with it and it's a great combo with Hurricane 3. Control with this blade is high.
Setup:

Blade:BTY Viscaria
FH:Andro Rasant (1,9 mm Blk)BH:Soulspin P12(1,8 mm Red)

Ludeack is great with Hurricane but how is it with short pimples?
And someone tried Septear with H3 and SP?
Which is this blades faster and have more control?

I've tried Ludeack, it's very stiff, it has very little vibration compared to 5 ply blades. My friend use Hking with short pips on Back hand. I recommend you to use Hking instead of Ludeack. I've haven't tried Septear, or you may try septear rather than ludeack.

Stiffness is very good for short pips.. as most people would feel. Precisely because stiffness is good thats why many short pips player play with 7 ply blades.

I am afraid i cant help though, i have never tried the septear or even seen anyone who used it!

It's stiff but doesn't feel solid. I've tried clipper CR once, It feels more solid than Ludeack. Maybe I got a bad one Ouch

Ludeack is pretty good with short pimples. Wang YueGu from singapore (No 11 in the world) also plays with short pimples with her Ludeack. She also plays H3 on her forehand.

Another tip: Avalox P700
This one is a little faster than the Ludeack
Setup:

Blade:BTY Viscaria
FH:Andro Rasant (1,9 mm Blk)BH:Soulspin P12(1,8 mm Red)

Ludeack is very expensive for an all wood 7 ply.

You can get same performance with Clipper or P700.

Ludeack shouldn't be that expensive n for 70% of the original price, I could get 1...(Pm me if any1 is interested...Wink) Ludeack, if u look closely, its quality n finish is superb. Ppl said it's stiff n all that, to me it's most definitely NOT! Close to Clipper of the same weight but a tad softer IMO. Very very nice n yet has got massive power once/if u need it...

Yasaka Extra 7 is a good choice here.  It gives you the similar control as the regular 5-ply YE, but it also provides some extra power and kick that you need when you are away from the table.
