I've looked into it a bit & the best I can come up with is around 2006?
Can anyone help me nail down the release date?

Thanks in advance.

I believe Sriver FX was released long before that. Unless I'm really mistaken I remember playing with it as a kid, so that at least 16 years ago.

How time does fly...

It was in the early 90's. I was around 15 or 16... I'm 34 now. You do the math so I don't feel old!!!

I saw Sriver released in 67 on the BTY website. Mark V probably soon after.

long time ago. I remember Sriver FX came before the first wave of speed glue ban.  I was around 16 so around 1990-1991. That and the Sriver Kawatsuki.

My first National Championships was in 1995 and I'm pretty sure that Sriver FX was already released at that time..

Thank you figgie & fellas...
I think it can now be safely pinned down to the early 90's.

Am I the only one that wished they still made Sriver Kawa?

I play with both rubbers. I will said they are about the same. fx has a longer dwell time than el.
