Yeah, they didn't lie about his equipment. He is also using Victas V>15 Extra on both sides. You can see the white sponge on the picture.

Yea looks like a violin. The red lines on the quartet vfc looks thin. The one in the picture looks thicker.

Looks like a Violin, but i dont think that a player like Niwa would play with Violin, because it lacks of speed and power...

+1 The blurry focus on the handle isn't helping.

To me that's not a violin because the darker (blueish) handle colors are more blue than black here. Violin is more black/dark grey. Does look very similar though.

I´m pretty sure that he has basic BTY set up, meaning TB ALC with 05´s on both sides. I think I read this from somewhere but I wouldn´t bet my life on it.

What is the point of playing safe shots when you can miss with style

Karlsson appears to be using the BTY Korbel SK7, and Shibaev looks to have a Clipper-like blade with Korbel handles.

Is there actually a professional Player using the Waldner Senso Carbon or other all/off- blades? Please do not mention Waldner.

So Karlsson changed sponsorship deal... SK7 = Clipper and the Tenergy is a good upgrade from Calibra.

If he continued using his old combo, i dont think he will ever come close to top chinese players. Clipper is not equal to korbel Sk7 even though both are 7 ply with limba top. To begin with, korbel sk7 is a stiffer and faster blade and butterfly technology surpasses stiga. Glad he made the change, way to go!

He don't use a Tibhar blade. These ST handles are rather from Butterfly I had that blade, it is 100% not Samsonov CB carbon ST., rather Buterfly squarish ST handle.
I mean Bojan Tokic because of the blade ttspirit Edited by ttspirit - 02/21/2016 at 1:41pm |

Just so you know.... Ma Long is indeed using Hurricane 3 37 degree, 2.10mm on the backhand. However, it is custom made for him. Not this shady no printing piece from prott.cc. I know where prott.cc gets his no printing hurricane 3 and 'national team' rubbers from. And his source ain't like what they proclaim to be too. This is pro's equipment discussion. if you have questions about comparing rubbers, u shd post them in equipment section.
