Email or phone PaddlePalace.  Although they don't show on their website, but they might still have them in stock.  Worth a try anyway.  However you get much better effect out of lamp oil or paraffin.   They worked in all the rubbers I have tried (CHN, JPN and GER), even on tensors.

How exactly do you apply those products and what the result is........and of course which one works better? Thanks

The full effect is not what I am after, just curious about the length of the effect and if I can combine it with other stuff that I have been given advice on to get a permanently tuned rubber. long-lasting tuning effect is what matters as I hate tuning every few days

There are two extensive threads that talked about tuning using paraffin/lamp oil and Eucalyptus oil, respectively.  Check out those thread and you will find a lot of information.  From my personal experience you get the best results out from paraffin, followed by Eucalyptus and then Juic EE2.  I applied them to both sponge and topsheet.

Didn't really want to hijack chris.b40's thread (sorry Chris).
