    Posted: 07/22/2011 at 3:09pm
Hello,

my nex new blade is finished called USD (Ulmo Shake Defense). I want to creat a blade with is similat to the good old NSD. So i must search a loong time for the rigth components. Now i am finished with this projekt and i can take the "USD DEF" to my new blades at my stock.

I don't want to make a copy from the NSD - i want to crate a blade with is clearly Def - slower then the NSD. Also my blade must be not as hard as the NSD. So i had tested a long time - but the result is rigth wath i want! A verry controlled Def blade with is not as hard as the NSD.

I have send some samples to some other players with know the old NSD as well. The first one with can test the blade (the other two don't find a club wher ther can play - we have hollyday and muce clubs have cloed) is rith positiv and he don't give the testing blade back ;-) So he is the fist how have
bought the new "USD Def".

His fist reviw you can find at my page Tischtennishölzer Testberichte TT-Holz

My be Pushblocker ore some one else can translate the reviwe???

Uli

This is a real good defensiv table tennis blade with a high contoll! This is a real def blade and not as fast as a NSD! At the german forum Noppen-Test i get muce response and most time positiv.

So take a look to this def blade with carbon and 0.9mm American Hinoki toplayer.  I hope i get some english response soon! Tongue

Repost from Pascal Tröger:

I had at the last week the USD TT-Blade
It is very slow and it has a lot of control.
It is slower then the Nittaku Shake DEF.

On backhand I had a GD Talon red OX.
I could answer topspins with a lot backspin while chopping near the table.
And I had a very good control.

On forehand offensives strokes with short pips were possible.
But it could be a bit faster.

This blade is excellent for defenders, who play far away from the tables.
It is also an option for players, who are acting near the table and need a slower blade then NSD for example.
