H3 16 digit code

There has probably been a million and a half threads about this

but does the DHS site identification work for the 16 digit codes or only the 12 digit ones

i bought my H3 neos from a reputable seller and 2 of them have 12 digit codes and they say they are real, while the ones with the 16 digit code look and feel exactly the same with all the other authentic markings but the DHS site says their fake...

any body else experience this

Just look at the middle column, where there are total of six input column devided into three section. The first section is for login purpose. what does it mean they are mass producing h3 neo nationals? you mean they are giving to the public h3 neos similar to what they give to the players of the cnt?

It means that the code has already been inputted for verification before.

There should be a circular scratch-off label on the bottom-left(or right?) hand corner of the film cover of the topsheet.  Scratch that off and there should be the serial number underneath.

In case you've thrown away the topsheet film cover, you are out of luck.

BTW, this may not apply to non-Neo sheets as I haven't seen it on the vanilla Hurricanes(it may not be the case anymore since I last bought a new sheet.)

but I think it is 11 numbers, not 12.

which using google translate says "beware of fake-can't find number".
so now I don't know whether I have a fake rubber or not!!!!!

i just did the verification on DHS site, this number is legit

The way they have the authentication system designed is that each set of serial numbers is unique and they have set up separate databases for the 12-bit and 16-bit code to keep track of its registration status.  Once you've looked up a specific code, the database registers it and changes its status from something like "unchecked" to "checked" and it remains read-only after that.

So the first time you put in an authentic code, it should return saying something along the line "the number you've entered is legit."  And if you try a second time with the same code, the system will throw an error like "the number you've entered has been inquired before."
