For a budget blade, the 729 Dynasty Hinoki Carbon gets my vote but it might be too hard for most.  It's like a frying pan.  The metal "ping" sound is like no other.

for allwood it's Juic Nebula, for carbon I would pick the Gergely!

Of course the best stiff blade is my BBC Ultima but it has thick hinoki outers... so... just ask Charlie to build you something similar but with Limba or Ramin thinner outers. Like this

1.25mm Ramin + carbon + 4 mm WRC + carbon + 1.25 mm Ramin

that would be 7 mm, plenty stiff and around OFF+ in class. Unless you want it stiff and slower... then do smth like this

0.75 mm Ramin + 0.75 Limba + 3.5 mm WRC + 0.75 Limba+ 0.75 Ramin

with NO carbon.

Timo boll zlc no doubt, you can't see any ball returning with better short game than primorac carbon but primorac still a legend
