How do you make a pushes with extremely heavy underspin?
I would want details on the following areas:
a) height of the ball
b) wrist movement
c) contact point on the ball
d) contact point on the paddle
e) arm movement

My paddle is quite bouncy and sometimes my pushes tend to pop =( then gets killed
Loop 'em all!!!

It's very similar to serving heavy underspin, except you don't want the ball to bounce on your side.  Snap through under the ball with your blade horizontally.  It is more difficult if you have bouncy rubber and/or bouncy blade.
