Yes, and I found her footwork vids a lot more valuable, even though you have to practice those steps over and over to drill them into your muscle memory...

I don't recall seeing any Chinese women player "upgrade" they size so quickly like Niu Jianfeng did after they player days.
 
Eg in mens can be LGL.
 
I guess that is why I am 10kg heavier than my players days, and that was just few years ago....
