I need help!

For a DEF blade (BALSA) for chopping to mid distance, which rubber is best: TSP Curl P1R 0,5mm or Butterfly Feint Long II 0,5mm.

Feint Long II is more of a all around type of LP. Where p1r is more straight chopping type. But either way... I wouldn't use a balsa blade for chopping. They might be good for blocking but no so much on the chopping side.
Blade: Victas Koji Matsush*ta FL

FH: Donic Bluefire JP03 in 2.0 Black

BH: TSP P1r Curl 1.5-1.7 Red

Yes this exactly. Curl P1r is the best chopping rubber available. I use grass d.tecs with a 1.6mm sponge. It's almost as good for chopping but much better for attacking. If chopping is mostly what you want to do then absolutely go for the Curl P1r.

When you consider the price of Neptune it's a great value. However, if you are able to pay for Curl P1r then go for that.

If the price doesn't matter, choose Curl P1r.

Also keep in mind that balsa blades are not very good for chopping. You should try to find a blade with more dwell time
