Which LP rubbers, available in the USA, would be comparable/closest to Spinlord Dornenglanz OX ? Giant Dragon Talon or Cropcircles or what else ? Edited by LUCKYLOOP - 05/26/2013 at 9:54pm |

Probably Grass Dtecs 0X and Talon 0X. I have been using Talon 0X on my Firewall Plus since it came out about two years now because it was relatively cheaper than Grass Dtecs so I haven't tried Grass Dtecs 0X. Pushblocker has changed from Grass Dtecs 0X to GD Talon 0X which may say something if you want to block like Pushblocker.
Cropcircles has more friction and probably better if you actively chop block and hit rather than passively block. Richard 'Coach' McAfee plays with crop circles. Coach hits much more with his back hand and hits much more than Pushblocker. It appears that there isn't much of a need to twiddle using Cropcircles because one can hit with it. If you want to buy Dornenglanz then I would just buy it from overseas. It isn't that much money that you are risking. I would look at YouTube videos of LP 0X players and check which style best matches what you do or want to do and then buy what they are using. Learn to twiddle if you play with close to frictionless 0X LPs.
