i have used DHS glue, but i have heard that bty free chack is better. 
is that true?

free chack is sooooooo hard to remove.. I use Tear Mender and it works just fine

I do not use any water based glue but still the old fashioned VOC glue (not to be confused with speed glue!) and it works great on T05 but you have to apply a couple of layers on the sponge since it is so porous. Easy to remove too!

No.  Both adhere the rubber to the blade nicely, but free chack is really hard to remove from blade and sponge.  I don't think they make any difference for playing qualities.  One other tip.  When gluing Tenergy, be very careful to not stretch it at all when applying it.  It will not help it play better and it avoids shrinking later.

yes. BTY explicitly forbids the use of roller with Tenergy. No pressure should be applied on the rubber during glueing. If you stretch it even a little bit it will lose control and later it will shrink when removed.

Yes.
The package says to use water based glues.
I use Tearmender.   Let the glue dry before applying the rubber.
