Coach Yang Guang is former teammate of Ma Lin and Wan Li Qin. He demonstrate forehand flick in this video. Let's watch his super forehand skills.

yes great demo, the other things that he does well is get back into ready  position so fast
and from the front on it's a push , Im sure yes... yes... NO great flick , the deception from the front is fantastic

It seems the kind of backspin is not the type of heavy spin.

Forehand flick should be used against weak backspin.
If you are facing heavy backspin, forehand flick is not a good choice.

LOL. This is not Xu Xin though he does bear some resemblance. How did you come up with "Filmed with candid camera secretly, unknown to Coach LiuGoliang."? Made it up yourself?

good vid...this is more of a flip than a flick though.   you even say so yourself in #5 "flip"...at highest point of ball.. (apex)

nice to see the swedish national team in the backround.  good upload
