Geez! Didn't realize that the video was that long. If it were shorter, I was hoping someone would add captions to it. Never mind.

00-1:00 The first serve (lancer haut) is the high toss serve , he explains that his coach asks to change his serve te stay unpredictable. You see on the pictures that there is a difference of 20-30 cm in his toss. He explains that people often change the longtitude and width of the serve, but they forget the toss. A player can be comfortable with a serve on normal toss but can have problems receiving the same one with high toss. |
