why do i want this blade :
- i reckon my game will be a fair bit better with a heavier blade
- this blade also seems to have been designed with the new ball in mind
- in no way did i ever think it would make me play like ma long ;)

I like to play with the DHS Power G7 OFF+ blade ($approx. US$33) because apparently Ma Long used one at some stage. Now the problem is, it is always out of stock at TT11. So I am thinking, the only way I can get this blade from you is if I win this competition.

I'm interested in the Nittaku Holz Sieben ST for a few reasons.

- I've always wanted to try a Nittaku blade but they are very expensive and often have very little in the way of reviews (besides the Acoustic and Violin).

- I'm interested in trying to move away from composite blades for more control.

- I really like the custom blade appearance of this model.

I want to play with this beast because the reviews about it is very good, which makes me curious on how does it really play. I want to see or feel it myself. :)

I want this blade because:

It is new and I am a sucker for anything new.
I have never tried a 7-ply wood blade.
Maybe using such an expensive blade will make my footwork better.

I want to play with this blade because i was impressed by the reviews of kurokami and slevin, but i can't spend almost whole my monthly salary and obviously the only way to have it is to win it :)

Xiom Vega Euro:

Really interested in Xiom's new Made In Korea blades. Construction and quality look wonderful. Zeph-Carbon was great in the Hayabusa, so I'd love to see what it's like in their new blades.
This was a great signature until I realised it was overrated.

I want this blade bcz of the very high craftsmanship of japanese Nittaku blades. Used to play with Butterfly ALC blades and always wanted to try one of the Nittaku Carbon blades.

I would love this blade. For a long time, I've been wanting to convert to a modern defender but could never raise enough funds for proper equipment. Being a modern defender is something I thought about a lot, and tried a lot, and I feel it's something that I would love to do.

Thanks TT11.

If I can only have 1 blade, then this is it... Planning to get one myself eventually, I think I will just frame it and put it on display in my future rec room Smile. I am a biggest fan of Li Xiaoxia, she is not the best player ever, or even in her time, but she is the one who beat the best to win gold at the Olympic, and World Championship.  It's the determination that I'd like to bring with me whenever I play.

Really curious how this one plays, normally I'm not a fan of composite blades with limba outer veneers but this time I just can't help it:)

I would love to have this blade in ST handle. I am very much stay away from the composite blades.... I am always a fan of Nittaku all wood blades especially the instrument series blades.  I had one in FL L handle, but the FL handle is not really comfortable as I had tried one of the ST handle from one of my friend.  I love this blade due to the best feel, comfortable handle and vibration feedback.....

Most every commercial blade today has large wings which are very uncomfortable, I always sand my blades to a Waldner-like shape but I can never get it 100% spot on in comfortability. I've always been very eager to find out what a real Waldner-shaped blade feels like, but I've never been able to obtain one before.

Butterfly - Zhang Jike - Super ZLC - ST handle
Straight handle feels really nice and Love the design of this blade, also with this extra power from this blade would go great with the new 40+  poly ball.

I love allwood blades. Feeling, control and dwell. They are great but with the new cellfree ball, they are not enough for me.
Solution : Mizutani Jun zlc st.
Great feeling and dwell time for a carbon blade. It'll be even better with the cellfree balls.

I am flashed of this blade since the first informations were available.

Since a long time I like Nittaku blades. Actually I own Acoustic, Violin, Violoncello and some older blades. I have also tested two Soulspin-blades before, but did not find the right composition. Here I can get both: the perfect Soulspin-craftmanship combined with an interesting blade-composition (and Nittaku-brand). Additional the look of Meister Holz 7 is great.

The only bad thing is the price. But that`s no problem, if I win the blade. Wink

And by the way: the paddle should go to Germany, because the other nations don`t have time for table tennis. They have to practice football. LOL

TT Blade Nittaku VIOLIN C
Why do I want to play with this blade?
Nittaku blades have reputation for being one of the BEST in quality control.  I'm still intrigued about the playability of this blade with Hide Glue, Ash Outer & the thin structure.  It should mean something when there are no other companies that can replicate it yet.  Good luck to meThumbs Up

Nittaku Acoustic

A classic in the sport of table tennis. You can never go wrong with all-wood blades. But alas some blades seem to be out of reach due to their prices. It would be wonderful to finally get a hold of one of these beauties and loop balls past my opponents with confidence! Embarrassed

http://www.tabletennis11.com/other_eng/tt-blade-dhs-hurricane-hao-iii-ch-pen#.U8AF0vldXl8

Why would I like this blade? Because I want to play just as good as Wang Hao of course. And I know that that only thing I'm missing from my game is not any lack of skill, experience or talent compared to him. No, just the blade. That's the final piece of the puzzle.  Tongue

That and the blade is dead sexy. Wink
