Yes, for me it looks like a fake. Look at the serial-number and "MADE IN JAPAN".

I had the same notion, both Made in Japan and the serial numbers are slanted.

Ofcourse they are fake!!!Nothing is symetrical!!!Not only the "made in japan" and the serial number...but also the handle lines!Nothing genuine!Don't buy it friend!!!

You are right. They start selling this on taobao now. Link with many close up pics. See the gold plate is the same on both sides of handle without the ZJK Chinese name of the real thing

I thought the serial numbers for ZJK SZLC blades start with "N" or later.

Maybe it's an XVT.  I've been suspicious of them every since the last thread here.  They happen to have that same fire graphic on their ZLF.

Edit...also I just found this, strikingly similar handle paint job!

This is scary, the one selling in Ali Express looks like the real thing; wonder if they are also matching the serial no. in the box. Only the wood grain and color as well as the price seems to give it away as any notion of a fake until you use it of course.

That is simply a stock picture from Butterfly so now he is smart to hide it from preying eyes.

So far I see many photos of fake has the same serial J3398879LV7.

I have seen the blade first hand and it is surprisingly it is well made the handle is very comfortable to hold very similar to the Viscaria . the blade is heavy which was 100g and plays a carbon blade very similar to Yinhe T-2 Blade.

The images on the blade are not actually printed on but are like stickers (heat pressed) stuck on the blade face.
